We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Our office is located at 380 E. Hickory St. on Highway 22. If you are coming from interstate 380/Hwy. 218, take exit #80 and go west on Hwy. 22. The office is located on your right hand side in the "s" curve as you head into town.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well-being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining these important health services. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide the following payment options:
Cash, Personal Check or Money Order: We offer a 5% discount for treatment paid in full with cash, personal check or money order prior to the treatment date.
Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa and Care Credit (a dental credit card).
Insurance Assignment: We work with most insurance companies. We understand the value of insurance benefits and we will assist you in obtaining your MAXIMUM allowance. Dr. Grimm is a Delta Dental and Wellmark Blue Dental preferred provider.
Financing: We help you to select the most appropriate arrangements to fit your budget comfortably. The proper financing will allow you to begin your treatment immediately and spread the costs over a period of time (up to 60 months with interest). Some financing options are interest free for 6 months.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
